We operate a panel of solicitors and provide conveyancing clients with representation through out England and Wales.
Our role is take the Law Firms legal fees and put them into a standard format which is easy for the general public to understand. ie. fees such as Acting For The Mortgage Lender, etc, are bundled into the total legal fee.
We have a notes section where any additional fees could be listed, such as ID checks.
Some clients receive Conveyancing leads nationally whilst others simply nominate the area of the country they wish to cover.
Only a small percentage of those that hit the site are genuinely interested in engaging a conveyancing solicitor, hence our role is to provide a funnel which removes the time wasters and simply leaves those looking to buy, sell or remortgage
